Golden Arrow Equity Partner’s founder, Kathy Libey, carefully curated a team that has extensive experience in every aspect of multifamily real estate. The team of six covers each essential component of multifamily real estate ensuring that any given transaction runs like a well‐oiled machine with each member contributing and overlapping where needed.
We offer decades of experience in commercial real estate, finance, project management, architecture, building construction, engineering, and investor relations to achieve excellent results. Each member of the Golden Arrow Equity Partners team offers a unique set of skills. While each deal transaction has its own challenges, our combined experience ensures a smooth transaction.
Our Team

After careers in telecom software engineering, and web design/development, Kathy Libey became very involved in her community. For over 15 years, she took on leadership and visionary roles time and time again – HOA president, PTA vice-president, founding member of the school district’s Gifted and Talented Parent Association, founder of the elementary Spanish program, and also developed numerous school organizational websites and applications.
Kathy has found her newest passion spending the last 4 years becoming educated in the Multifamily real estate space, and investing in small multifamily in Colorado.
Kathy is known in her circles as a person that has the drive, enthusiasm, determination and curiosity to make things happen. These qualities are what created Golden Arrow Equity Partners, LLC.

As a professional in the field of architecture, development and project management,
Fabio Ospino has overseen development and construction projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and the Ex-Soviet Countries, traveling extensively to the mentioned areas for the past 18 years to ensure smooth execution of the projects. He has also been involved in the Business Development phase, as well as, managing the construction work including procurement and project management processes.
Fabio has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Woodbury University in Los
Angeles, Masters in Photography from the Polytechnic University Valencia, Spain,
Master in Science from Florida International University in Construction anagement
and a Project Management accreditation by the the Project Management Institute.
Initially, Fabio began his real estate acquisitions in Europe. After moving back to the U.S., he began to invest in real estate in the U.S as well. Fabio owns properties in France, Spain, Colorado, Texas, Connecticut, and Florida..

Dedee has been involved in Real Estate investing as a property investor/manager, home stager/designer, residential real estate appraiser and financial loan closer since 2009. Over the last four plus years, she has acquired 350 units in five apartment complexes (58-unit in Cincinnati, OH; 16-unit in Panama City Beach, FL; 100-unit in Longview, TX; 96-unit in Emporia, KS; 80-unit in Emporia, KS) in a shared equity position with partners. DeDee has extensive experience re-positioning substantially distressed properties thereby forcing the appreciation at times by 65% or more.

Anton Mattli has decades of experience in commercial and investment banking, private equity, and commercial real estate. After graduating from Zurich Business School in banking and finance, he held senior management positions at major financial institutions in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Zurich. During that time, Anton financed and restructured commercial real estate worth several billion U.S. Dollars. Over the last 15 years, Anton has been personally investing and advising family offices, high net worth individuals, as well as private investment funds, facilitating their direct investments in commercial real estate across Europe and the United States, including several hundred million dollars in multifamily developments and acquisitions.
