Fernando is a result-driven engineer, entrepreneur and visionary who has been in the global oil and gas industry for over 22 years, from the Americas to the Middle East, with a focus on managing multi-million dollar projects and processes.

Since 2010, he has invested in Real Estate properties in the US and South America, and currently owns 6 single-family homes that have given him the confidence to understand the dynamics of the real estate market for buying, rehabbing and renting real estate properties.

He soon realized that the most effective way to scale is to own one roof with multiple units. This vision ignited his motivation to engage in multifamily commercial real estate.

In 2020, he joined Golden Arrow Equity Partners as Co-founder and Director of Underwriting, leading the operational aspects of the company and underwriting protocols for the syndications deals.

Fernando is considered an expert in the oil and gas field, with a dedicated and thorough approach to projects.
