Karen Rojina

Director of Asset Management

Karen’s background and training are in business management and software development. As Founder and CEO, she started and ran her own software development company providing financial applications to the cellular telephone industry. This business grew to include operations in both the U.S. and in Costa Rica, with clientele around the globe. The business ran successfully for seven years prior to being acquired by its largest customer.

Karen then worked for a large financial services firm initially as VP of Product Development and eventually as President of the division. Since then, she has performed consulting engagements with both domestic and international clients, volunteered in leadership positions with multiple non-profits (such as PTA, Boy Scouts of America and AYSO), taught computer classes at a private K-8 school, and returned to school where she graduated with an MBA.

Karen has a strong understanding of the strategic and tactical challenges in building and running successful business teams. While Karen has fixed and flipped numerous personal properties over the years, she started working in real estate as a business about 3 years ago. Real estate is a passion for Karen where she can utilize her ability to connect with people and create relationships based on trust, honesty and genuine care while leveraging a wealth of general business, P&L accountability, project management, sales, negotiation, leadership, and coaching knowledge and experience.
