After careers in telecom software engineering, web design, and web development, Kathy became very involved in her community. For over 15 years, Kathy took on leadership and visionary roles time and time again – HOA president, PTA vice-president, founding member of the school district’s Gifted and Talented Parent Association, founder of the elementary Spanish program, and also developed numerous school organizational websites and applications.

Since 2018, she has found her newest passion becoming educated in the Multifamily real estate space. Kathy is known in her circles as a person that has the drive, enthusiasm, determination and curiosity to make things happen. These qualities are what created Golden Arrow Equity Partners, LLC.
